Established in 2006, Rami Balat Started subs Inc. to share his love of Sandwiches. “I’ve always been a bread lover and I’ve loved the campy energy of Sub shops.” Our Philosophy has always been to deliver honest comfort food. We are in the bay area, where we have the best Sourdough and Dutch Crunch rolls! Our Bread is made fresh daily for us and is free of preservatives, Produce sourced Locally and we use high-quality meats that are either sourced locally or made in house.

We also serve Mitchell’s Ice Cream of San Francisco. Mitchell’s Ice Cream has been Around Since 1959 and still made in their little ice cream Shop on 29th & San Jose Ave. Our decision to carry Mitchell’s is a nod to the history of our Location where the famous Bud’s Ice Cream of San Francisco once stood. Serving Mitchell’s is our way of keeping our connection with the neighborhood’s history as well as serving the highest quality Ice Cream in the city!
